ایف بی آر نے انکم ٹیکس آرڈینینس 2001 کے سیکشن 114B کے تحت یہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا ہے جو کہ 8،737 صفحات پر مشتمل ہے. اس نوٹیفکیشن میں انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن 2023 نہ جمع کروانے والے نان فائلرز حضرات شامل ہیں
